Dream time

I had such a provacative dream last nite. The parts I remember were being underwater in a cave, looking at what looked liked museum displays that were behind glass. I was looking into the chambers, underwater and they were just cloudy on the other side. Then, it seemed like a wall went up to reveal a hidden chamber behind the display. What we found were statues of ancient beings that we thought were from Atlantis. The figures were short, brown skinned men that looked a little Egyptian. We removed them from the cave and then someone said that these figures were real people in suspended animation. We managed to "revive" one of the figures who turned out to be a real live Atlantian. He communicated telepathically with us and said that it had been scheduled that we revive him the day before some significant event on their calendar. He was meant to usher us thru this time and guide modern humans thru a time they had foreseen. That was the end of the dream and I have never had one like that before. Any dream analysis experts out there?

Madam Pele in her Glory

Where else in the US can you drive up to an active volcano and watch lava spilling into the ocean? No place except Volcanoes National Park.





It is about a 2-3 hour hike out to where the lava is flowing into the ocean, but it is spectacular to watch.




One afternoon, I hiked out with friends and sat to watch after the sunset and it was amazing to watch molten lava dripping into the ocean in solid bars. The lava is so dense, that when waves hit them, it does not even bend the stream of lava going into the ocean. The waves just go around and hiss as they hit the lava.

Sushi in Mt View

I am with my friend Jeanne Hannah who came all the way out from Michigan to have sushi with me. She was visiting friends in CA and we arranged to meet and share a mutual passion for sushi. Actually, I think I introduced her to this cuisine and she has liked it so much that she now makes it for herself back in Traverse City.

Here is a collage I did when my son, Chris came out to visit us in Hawaii with his Aunt Sue. He loved snorkeling, gazing thru telescopes on Mauna Kea, jumping in the water at Two Step, and driving around the island with us.

and our good buddy, Scot, that "happy" scuba diver who moved to the Big Island because there were not enough single wahine's on Lanai where he had been living. He has since moved back to the Mainland to be near his daughter in Colorado. Scot was a certified scube instructor and became my personal scuba instructor.

Chris, Ron and Lily

Here is a group at Cousteau Beach, what we refer to as "Turtle Beach" because of the turtles that live there and interact with humans. This was when Debbie's friend, Penny (far left) came for a visit and introduced us to her old friends, Ron, Chrissy and their daughter, Lily. In the middle is a friendly local boy we met named Konani. Chrissy and Ron moved to the Big Island last Fall and Penny came for a visit this Spring. Peter is not in the picture, so here is a picture of Peter....

We attended the second of her 3 series of activations by Quan Yin last Thursday afternoon. You can find out more about it on her blog, Quan Yin Center. Most of her clients are over the phone and this last time, we had 5 live members in the room with 20+ people over the phone. Next session and last of the three activations happens on Sunday, Aug 14th, at her home in Keauhou, HI. Aloha and a hui ho.....

Soul Mates and telepathy

Just the other morning, I was laying in bed next to my wonderful Debbie. We know we are soul mates and task companions. One of the ways we know is the amazing amount of telepathy that goes on btwn us. I am currently working a part-time job at our condo complex and I maintain the pools in the morning. I was thinking to myself and remembered how I had done the chlorine test on the pool yesterday, and forgotten to put more chlorine tabs into the pool even tho I had written down in the log book, "5x 3 in. tabs". Not less than 3 seconds later, Debbie asks me, out of the blue, "when you put more chlorine into the pool, do they give you gloves to wear?" What are the chances that we are thinking of chlorine for the pool at the same time? This has happened so many times, we take it for granted now and it does not surprise me when we are thinking of the same thing at the same time.
